Launching a firm
Pick a tier
Your launch fee is one-time and sets your starting scale:
| Tier | Plan | Launch fee |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Starter | $1,000 |
| 1 | Growth | $5,000 |
| 2 | Pro | $10,000 |
| 3 | Scale | $25,000 |
| 4 | Enterprise | $50,000 |
The tier sets your launch fee and a few feature and pricing-support details. It does not cap which account sizes you can eventually sell, that scales with your liquidity as it grows, the same for every firm regardless of starting tier (see Evaluations & the rulebook).
What the launch fee actually buys
Paying it triggers one atomic setup: your firm's identity, its treasury, and its token all get created in the same step. The fee itself splits automatically:
| Destination | Share |
|---|---|
| Franchise pool (shared dividend across same-tier firms; 30% of this goes to whoever referred your deployment, if anyone did) | 9% |
| (the cross-firm shared reserve) | 3% |
| DecentralProp (platform revenue) | 20% |
| Your firm's treasury | ~63%, the remainder |
At the same moment, your firm's token mints: 70% goes straight into your , 20% into a treasury reserve vault earmarked for payouts, and 10% into your own vesting drip. See Tokenomics & liquidity for what each of those actually does. None of this requires a second transaction or a manual step, it's all one deployment.
The two-phase launch: configure, then go live
Deploying a firm and launching its token are deliberately separate moments:
- Deploy and configure. Pay the launch fee, set your branding, pick your storefront pricing, and choose your profit split preset. Your firm exists, has a treasury, and has a token, but it isn't sellable yet.
- Launch the token. When you're ready, a second action flips your firm to live. Only after this can you actually sell evaluations. This is intentional: it lets you get everything configured and reviewed before the moment your storefront opens, rather than being live and unfinished the instant you pay.
There's no dollar cost to the second step, it's a configuration flag, not another fee.
Going live
Once live, your base account sizes ($1k through $50k) are sellable immediately. Larger sizes unlock automatically as your combined liquidity grows, no action needed from you, the system checks it continuously and turns sizes on (or pauses them) as your numbers move. See Evaluations & the rulebook for the exact thresholds.
