Operator quickstart
From nothing to a live, selling firm. This is the walkthrough; Operating a firm is the full reference behind it.
1. Connect a wallet and pick a tier
Operators sign in the same way traders do, with a Solana wallet. Your first real decision is the launch tier, a one-time fee from $1,000 (Starter) to $50,000 (Enterprise). The tier sets your starting scale and fee share, not your ceiling: account sizes unlock from liquidity as you grow, the same for every firm. Launching a firm has the full tier table.
2. Deploy
The deploy wizard collects your brand, storefront settings, and pricing, then packs the entire setup into one transaction: your firm's on-chain identity, its treasury, and its token are all created in the same step, and the launch fee splits automatically the moment it's paid. There is no follow-up paperwork and nothing to wire manually.
3. Configure while dark
Deploying and going live are deliberately separate moments. After deploying, your firm exists but can't sell yet, and that's the window to finish setup without customers watching:
- Storefront copy, branding, and pricing within the guided band
- Your profit split preset, the one economic dial you own
- The affiliate program, if you want one (Growing your firm)
- Marketing automation: connect your X and Telegram, write your post templates
- Your firm's Telegram bot, which becomes a storefront and trading terminal inside Telegram (Trading from Telegram)
4. Launch the token
A second action flips your firm live. Your token opens for trading, your storefront opens for sales, and evaluations become purchasable. This step costs nothing, it's the go-live switch, kept separate so you launch finished rather than public and half-configured.
5. Run it, which mostly means watch it
Day-to-day risk is not your job, the Autonomous Risk Engine re-scores your firm every 15 minutes and manages payout pace, evaluation difficulty, and leverage on its own. What you actually manage is the part machines can't: your brand, your pricing position within the band, your community, and your affiliate roster. Your two public health numbers, the and the happiness score, move on real outcomes, so the way to move them is to run a firm that pays well and grows.
Read Operator risk & lifecycle before you deploy, not after. It covers the security bond, the risk engine from your side of the table, and why there is no voluntary exit from a solvent firm.
